Crafty Mama Giveaway

Yeah, so it's only been about an hour since I posted that I would be doing a giveaway later this week. I guess technically it is later this week now, right? Anyway, I'm terrible about getting overly excited about surprises and gifts that I'm giving so what the hell, lets get the show on the road.

Drum roll please....

A pair of owl earrings.

Czech glass beads in earthy shades of yellow and brown with a touch of red.

Just leave a comment here and say anything you want. Really, anything at all. You could tell me I'm almost as perfect as I think I am (someone really did say that). Or request that I stop posting pics of myself showing off clothing I've made. You could tell me that "Tatey" is a stupid nickname for Matea (and then I'd just refer to her as "Tates" so really, you'll lose either way). You could say that if you win, you'll send me a lifetime supply of Diet Pepsi and Mint Chip Thrifty's ice cream.

I'll use one of those random winner pickers on Saturday to select the recipient of these fun yet classy earrings. Or, I might just forget to pick a winner and keep them for myself.

  1. Love the jewelry you have been making. These earrings are gorgeous. By the way...I don't think Tatey is a dumb nickname. We call my Aiden...Tator or Tates.

  2. What? Don't give those away...they would be perfect for me! I'll just buy them from you ok? Just cancel the giveaway...ok, not really, but I sure do love those...they would match everything I wear...almost. I love the name Matea, never met anyone else with that name...it suits her well.

  5. Yum. I love Thrifty ice cream. Mint chip is delish but my favorite is their pistachio. Sadly, we cannot get Thrifty ice cream in Oregon.

  6. Cute earrings, but then again, I don't think I've ever seen anything on your blog that wasn't cute. I love seeing everything you make. I use it (you) as inspiration.

  17. It's Crafty Mama's blog and Crafty Mama can do whatever the HE LL she wants to on it right? :D

It's fun to see someone take so much pleasure in their crafting, their kids and their life in general. You go girl (wherever that leads you - lol).

Ditto on the Thrifty's ice cream but as Lima Bean said can't find it here in Oregon (was getting hard to find in California too when I left a couple of years ago). On the other hand Breyers makes a killer mint chocolate chip if you can handle the price.

Thanks for sharing the joy and hopefully the earrings (they really would look good on you but selfishly I also know they would look good on me!). Give Matea a hug from one of your crazy blog readers. Hard to believe she only has one nickname since she is so cute! My kitties (all my children come with fur) have dozens though you should see the looks some of them generate (from the cats not the people).

Hugs and blessings and keep on blogging Crafty Mama style. - Jean

  18. What could be more perfect than owl earrings??? They would look especially charming on me as I carry one of my Crafy Mama purses every day.

Tatey is cute- until you catch yourself calling her that in a sports setting sometime in the future (yeah, I'm the mom who yelled go "Dilly" to my 5-year-old playing t-ball...)
