Yes, I do still make bags

It's been really hard to find time to sew this summer. We have lots of little household projects going on and the togetherness of summer is quickly wearing thin for the girls. I'm spending a good portion of my day breaking up fights and deciding who should do naughty time.

Somehow, I managed to get back into my crafty room yesterday and make not one, but TWO new bags. I'm absolutely in love with this clutch. It was inspired by the one I made for Laura in my swap last month and I really couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out.

I also made this bag using the very last bit of this Japanese fabric (REAL Japanese fabric straight from Japan, not Japanese-inspired fabric). It's a nice shape and size, perfect for an everyday purse.

I have a few new ideas in the works. I'm hoping to list some mini bags/clutches soon made with purse frames and I'm definitely planning to list more clutches like the one above. Just click on the pics to take you to the listings.
