Please let the record reflect that...

I have in fact completed the cute little Freshcut birdie twirl set but can't seem to get even decent pictures of it. I don't know what my problem is but I do know that I definitely need to read up a little on photographing clothing. And Mari's right (the owner of the boutique), I definitely need nicer hangers. So, I'm going out in search of hangers and maybe a coat rack or something. Steve will kick my ass for bringing more "clutter" into the house but I've done a great job of learning to ignore his complaints. That's what marriage is all about, right?

And as usual, I'll end with a complaint. Mari called just a bit ago and said the window is done. Yipppeeeeee! I can't wait to run down and look at it. No complaints there, of course, I'm totally excited. I'm sure to her I sounded so unexcited on the phone though because Tater was sleeping in the next room so I was using my monotone whisper voice. Anyway, on to the complaint. So, the whole fam is going down to the village tonight to check out the window and then go out to dinner to celebrate. If I'm going to celebrate, I want to do it with mozzarella sticks. And where's the only place to get those here? Our new Applebee's. Let me tell you, this place is awful. The food is delicious but the service couldn't be worse. The last time we went, we were there for two hours. Two hours! That's totally not do-able with young children. So do I go anyway and keep my fingers crossed that it'll be better this time or just go someplace else but bitch the whole time about not having what I really want? Or we could go to AJ Spurs which Steve doesn't really like and I usually eat enough cajun chicken tortellini to make myself sick but it's so delicious, it's worth having stomach cramps all night. So many decisions.
